TRADEMARK LAW
The Nefful logo is the Company’s most important asset and trademark. It is registered and protected under Trademark Law. All Independent Distributors are prohibited from using any of the Company’s printed materials, such as flyers, DM, posters, and other items that bear the words “Nefful International” and/or the Nefful International logo.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Photographs of Nefful International products are the Company’s assets. DM, flyers, videos and images on the Nefful International website are under the rights of Intellectual Property. All copyrights belong to Nefful International.
Independent Distributors must purchase DM, flyers, catalogs, posters and other materials directly through Nefful International. Copying or printing pictures from the Nefful International website is strictly prohibited.
MEDICINE LAW
Nefful International makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind in respect of its products. In particular, Nefful International products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and no warranty or representation is made with regard to its ability to do so. In no event shall Nefful International or any of its officers, agents or representatives be liable for any damages related to the products sold.
Independent Distributors promoting Nefful International products are prohibited from representing, either expressly or impliedly, that the products have any medicinal properties. Nefful International reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Independent Distributor who fails to abide by this rule.
